What to include in your enquiry

Four things make a quote fast and accurate, and getting them in first time saves a round of back-and-forth.

Your suburb, because it tells us which day we are already in your area. What needs doing, in your own words — you do not need to know the trade name for it. Photos, several, from a few angles, including whatever is worst. And anything about access: a locked side gate, steps, a narrow path, or the width of the tightest gap a machine would have to fit through.

For tree work, include a shot of the base of the tree and what is underneath it. For stump grinding, the diameter across the widest point. For a firebreak, the requirement from your council notice. For weed control, a close-up of the actual weed — identifying it decides the treatment.

Usually back to you within a few hours by text with an upfront number and what's included. No callout fee. Larger tree and commercial jobs get a look on site first — also free.

You book a slot
We'll tell you when we're next in your area. Taking your area's regular day gets you the earliest slot. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before; a small fee applies inside 24 hours.

We turn up and do it
SMS the day before and again when the crew is on the way. You don't need to be home if we can access the yard. Green waste leaves with us, and you get finished photos.

Quote and booking FAQs

Is a quote free?

Yes. There's no callout fee to get a quote, including for the larger tree and commercial jobs where we come and look at the site first.

How quickly will I get a price back?

Usually within a few hours during business hours. Mowing is often quicker than that; bigger clean-ups, tree work and commercial sites take longer because they're scoped properly rather than guessed.

Do I have to be home for the quote or the job?

No to both. Quotes are done from photos, and on the day we only need access to the yard. Most of our regulars are at work when we visit and get finished photos afterwards.

How many photos can I send?

Up to ten with the form, and large phone photos are fine — they're resized in your browser before they upload. More photos means a more accurate price and less chance of a variation later.

Which suburbs do you service?

Perth south of the river — from North Fremantle across to Belmont, out to Byford, and south to Mandurah then back up the coast. The service areas page lists all 45 suburbs and the day we're in each area. Not listed? Ask anyway.

How do I pay?
